Introduction These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of products and services by Coast to Coast Closeouts LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") through our websites www.coasttocoastcloseouts.com, https://www.facebook.com/coast.to.coast.closeouts/, and our WhatsApp Group (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and Pricing

1. Products: We specialize in the sale of closeout, surplus, and overstock inventory.

2. Pricing: Prices vary depending on inventory and are subject to change without notice. Taxes are additional where applicable.

3. Shipping Costs:

• Orders shipped directly from Amazon warehouses will qualify for free shipping and may arrive in staggered deliveries.

• Other orders have shipping costs calculated based on weight and pallet count.

Payment Terms
4. Accepted Payment Methods: Payments must be made via wire transfers or ACH transfers.
5. Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed through an email containing the invoice.

Shipping and Delivery
‍6. Shipping Regions: We ship to Canada and the United States but typically do not ship between the two countries.
7. Delivery: Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Returns and Refunds
8. All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final.
9. Manifest Accuracy: We guarantee the accuracy of manifests to a degree of 2%.

Customer Responsibilities
10. Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.
11. Reasonable Orders: While we have no strict restrictions, we reserve the right to decline unreasonable or suspicious orders.

Liability and Disclaimers
12. Product Availability: We are not liable for out-of-stock or discontinued items. |
