We ship all inventory directly from the manufacturer or brand. This means inventory will be in one of two places. Their warehouses, or stored at amazon fulfilment centres.

First, let’s discuss how to place orders for inventory stored in regular warehouses. Here’s how it works:

  1. Order Placement: Once you’ve selected the items you want to purchase, let us know.
  2. Payment Process: After you place your order, we will arrange the shipping for your inventory. To confirm your order and initiate shipping, we require full payment upfront.
  3. Goods Release: Once your payment has cleared, we will release the goods for shipping. We will keep you updated throughout the process and provide tracking information so you can monitor your shipments.

Next, inventory stored at Amazon fulfillment centers has a caveat, but we get to enjoy FREE SHIPPING:

  1. Order Placement: Similar to orders from regular warehouses, you’ll start by letting us know which inventory you want to buy.
  2. Shipping Costs: One of the great benefits here is that shipping is free. This helps reduce your overall costs significantly.
  3. Sporadic Deliveries: Since the inventory is stored across multiple fulfillment locations, please note that deliveries will occur sporadically. We appreciate your patience as we ensure everything reaches you safely. Some things to remember:
    1. Inventory may be delivered by small parcel service or by freight. No one in the supply chain has any control over this. Buyers must have the ability to handle pallet deliveries, extra charges may apply for use of lift gates.
    2. In our experience, removal orders can take 1-3 weeks to deliver, but 1-2 months is not unusual typically around peak times (January - March).
  4. Payment Structure: For orders from Amazon fulfillment centers, we operate on a 50/50 deposit system. We will collect a 50% deposit at the time of purchase and the remaining 50% upon completion of delivery. This structure helps us manage logistics effectively and keeps our operations transparent.
  5. Delivery is guaranteed: If any inventory is not delivered, we will adjust your payment accordingly.
